We've just made another great reason to get outside and make the outdoors fun for the whole family.
This 3 hour family day camp will begin with a one hour, fun nature themed yoga and mindfulness class guided by Jamie.
Next, Kurt Hanson, Certified Hiking Guide (you may also know Kurt from Mud & Lotus) will guide us on a nature walk and educate you on
- Team Awareness
- Wilderness/Wildlife Awareness
- Pack Essentials and
- Hiking Tips
We will end with a sharing circle and mindful meditation.

Investment: $40/4 sessions
We all know that sleep is essential to our well being. It is as important as the air we breathe. Teens especially, require more sleep as their minds and bodies are growing quickly.
This 4 week session will offer your preteen and teen a chance to unwind and recharge for the future. This class will begin with journaling, breathing exercise to ground and center, then students will be guided through a 45 savasana. Blankets and pillows are recommended.
For ages 10-16.

Yoga experience is not required. This weekend training is for anyone who works with children, yoga teachers, and those who feel strongly about children’s physical and emotional health and well-being.
This training will give you the foundation and tons of fun, playful and creative techniques to teach yoga to children ages 3-10. To register and for more information click below.
A child who learns yoga, mindfulness, and relaxation will be developing essential skills for a lifetime of health and wellness in mind body and spirit. Yoga supports educating the whole child, mind, body, and spirit.
This 3 hour training will give you all the tools you need to start bringing playful yoga poses and practices into your day home. We will cover breathing, poses, games, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and more. A certificate will be given after completion. Please bring a mat (extras will be provided if you do not have one), water and a playful heart to learn and play yoga.
