Beginner Yoga 9:30-10:30 a.m. In-Person & via Zoom Pre-registered (free to Unlimited Pass Holders) This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on learning the basics, taking your time to notice your experience and to connect with your breath. Ultimately, participants will gain strength and flexibility by developing the foundational poses of Yoga. This class offers slow and mindful movement, is gentle and light. A great start to feel comfortable in any class at the Studio. |

Flow (Y)into Peace
9:30 am to 10:30 am
This class combines two styles of yoga – Hatha Flow and Yin. The first portion of the class will be a Hatha Flow – dynamic, warming, connected to your breath movement. The practitioner will enjoy building some strength, stamina and balance. The second portion of the class, we will move into long-hold yin poses – passive, cooling, and still, focusing on the deep connective tissues and joints. Suitable for All Levels
