Join Jamie as your 5-9 year old child is introduced to the benefits of yoga, from increased flexibility, strength, self-confidence, self regulation, body awareness, and co-ordination. Children also feel calmer and more relaxed, giving them a healthy foundation for their journey in life. Plus, it's FUN! We will explore breathing exercises, yoga poses, relaxation techniques, and ways to meditate all through games and playful practices.

​This class for tweens and teens will offer a combination of a flow class to strengthen, improve balance and yin yoga/myofascial release for flexibility (Tween class will offer a combination of poses to strengthen, improve balance and flexibility while still being fun and playful). There will be an emphasis on breath work, mindfulness and helpful tools to handle stressful situations and improved focus, all of which are essential for success in sports, life and school. These classes will help to develop a well-rounded skill set that not only enhances athletic achievements but also fosters overall well-being. *All are welcome. Teens do not need to be an athlete to attend.
