ABOUT THE PROGRAM
  • 2.5 hour unparented class for your 3-6 year old
  • Option of one class a week on Mondays or Thursdays
  • Register monthly (runs until last week of June)
  • Drop ins welcome (space permitting)
  • Small class sizes (6-10 children per class)
  • Classes are held at Love Yoga Grace, #5 5579 47 St, Red Deer, AB.  
  • Minimum registrants required to run each program
  • Non-refundable once minimum requirements are met (your money will be refunded if we don’t have the minimum children register)

Fireflies remind us that it's what's inside us that truly represent what each of us are made of, and we should take great care of this part of ourselves and allow it to shine. In Little Lights Yoga classes, children discover their inner light, peace and love through playful yoga poses and practices, allowing them to shine. 

These classes will provide your 3 – 6 year old with skills for a lifetime of wellness in mind, body and spirit. This includes yoga, breathing exercises, kindness & gratitude lessons, self regulation techniques, relaxation, crafts, songs, stories, games and play. During the class, time will be given for a snack. Please pack a peanut free snack for your child.
