M calming explained to her sister that all she needed to do was take deep breaths and let them out like a lion. My experience with yoga has brought me back to the centre of my own life, and I step out of the serene studio and back into the world with new sense of its beauty!!!

It has given me a sense of peace and contentment in this helter-skelter environment we now live in and after each session I feel so empowered and in control, I feel like I can accomplish anything I feel that I want to.
