Come stretch, breathe, and bond in this playful yoga class designed for caregivers and their little ones! Mini and Me Yoga offers yoga with stories, songs, mindfulness activities, games and cuddle time to help support early development and strengthen the caregiver-child connection. This class offers a fun, low-pressure environment where littles can explore movement and grown-ups can play yoga and connect. No prior yoga experience needed just bring your mini, a yoga mat, and a sense of adventure! 6 weeks September 23 - October 28 10-11 a.m. Location: The Forum, 232 Spruce Street #105, Red Deer County Investment: Book before August 30th, $80 after August 30 $100 |
