Mini Yoga Summer Camp for Ages 3-7
**with the option of full days. Full day participants will have fun at the Forum gym and time out in nature. These yoga camps for boys and girls ages 3-7 will be jam packed with adventure and fun. Each day we will be admiring and respecting all creatures in nature (Plants, bugs, animals, sea creatures and the universe), that will include poses, mindfulness, games, crafts, and relaxation. This camp instills the love of nature, self love and the power of yogic practices in growing children. Please send your child with a peanut free snack, water bottle, and mat. If your child is staying the full day, please pack snacks and a lunch. yin Yoga & Drum offerings

A welcome circle and smudge followed by a floor-based yin yoga practice with drum and song. You will experience the beat of the drum through your whole body and the powerful energy of song, assisting with the release of tension, built up emotions and stress. To finish, we will hold space for a sharing circle. All nations welcome. No yoga experience necessary.

Join Jamie for a 20 hour, Kids Yoga Teacher Training at the Breathing Room, Red Deer
Training Overview: Learn age appropriate: yoga poses breathing exercises mindfulness techniques yoga philosphy yoga games class structure class management *Previous yoga experience is not required.
